is one of the better grocery shopping list programs we've seen. It maintains a
database of commonly purchased items, organized by product type. You can
easily add to or delete from the database. To create a shopping list, you page
thru the list and enter the quantity for each item you want. The list can then
be saved or printed out. The print-out includes the price per item, the
extended price, and the total for the shopping trip. You can preview the list
on screen before printing. Mouse and hotkey support is provided. The program
is well designed and easy to use.

amount and it sorts the list according to aisle number before printing. Multiple
data files are supported if you shop at more that one grocery store.

nutritional value of home recipes for the entire recipe and for each individual
serving.

weigh, your sex, and your age. You can accumulate 60 days worth of statistics on
weight-loss/gain for the entire family and project a chart that represents your
progress toward achieving your weight goals. A shopping list note pad is

print your recipes in a variety of formats. You can search for recipes using
any combination of Title, Category, or Ingredient criteria. Change the number
of servings a recipe makes, and all the individual ingredient amounts will be
adjusted automatically. You can mark up to 250 recipes as you select them and
later print a shopping list for the ingredients of all the marked recipes.
Editing features include word-wrap and paragraph reformatting for directions
text. A conversion utility is provided to convert recipes from the Micro
Kitchen Companion text file format to Meal-Master import format.

of recipes based on several different types of criteria, such as ingrediants.
Our only complaint is that if you elect to add a recipe, you cannot back out
without going through the entire, lengthy input routine, which then results in a
blank entry in your database. Other than that relatively minor nuisance, the
program is well designed.

value here is how items are selected for purchase.  The program is fast, uses
pull-down menus, has on-screen help, it is easy to use and has MS mouse support.

and the program will calculate a total, showing you which store will give you
